Alliance Caoutchouc has invested in modern machinery to produce all types of injected-moulded and compression-moulded parts in rubber, silicone, EPDM, nitrile, Viton, Chloroprene and other elastomers.
The plant is equipped with 40t to 250t REP, Maplan, Rochart and Desma presses that are used to produce parts in a range of weights (from a few grams to several kilos) and hardnesses (18 to 95 on the Shore scale).
In our role as expert consultants, we can advise you on the tooling and formulations required to address your issues with a view to designing an optimum mould and reducing material costs.
The company also has a suitable storage space for your moulds enabling us to respond quickly when new production runs are required.
The company’s quality policy integrates material traceability to guarantee identical quality when reproducing products. With the rubber injection moulding technique, tasks can be automated to create favourable conditions for medium-to-large-scale production of rubber parts with controlled costs.
